December 19, 2008 – Performances/Prayer Services/Christmas Send Off
and
Winter
Sport Rally
Overview - All students will report to homeroom. Two grades will
be called to the theater followed by two grades attending a
Christmas Prayer Service at Holy Rosary Church (weather permitting).
Following the first Session, the groups will return to homeroom and
the groups will switch. Two grades will be called to the theater
followed by two grades attending a Christmas Prayer Service at Holy
Rosary Church (weather permitting). The prayer services will be
relocated to the gym if necessary. After these sessions end,
students will have a class for lunch period.
E1 - Lunch period - There will be four lunches, each of the usual
length. The time between lunches will be shortened to gain time for
Winter Sport Rally and Christmas Send Off. Lunch duty and learning
center will follow the E1 schedule. Following lunch, students will
report to homeroom and wait to be called with their homeroom
teachers to the gym.
Winter Sport Rally/Christmas Send Off – Students will be
dismissed from the gym.
Because the Winter Sport Rally has been moved to this date,
a class period will be added to the January 16th schedule. The
letter of the period that will be added will be forthcoming.
