semester course will offer students interested in computer graphics
the chance to experiment with 2D graphic software. Opportunities to
work with several different computer programs will allow students to
create works of computer art, edit photographic images, create their
own web page, and explore the possibilities of this medium. The course
will be mostly independent student directed work on projects with a
limited lecture/demonstration component. This course has an enrollment
limit of 10 students per class.
INTRODUCTION TO 3-D MODELING (Level 2) - This one semester course is open to
seniors. Students are exposed to some of the software
packages now commercially available for 3D graphics. Students will be
shown some of the practical applications of this emerging technology.
Each student will be expected to work independently to explore the
power of this software as well as work collaboratively on major
projects. This course has a limited enrollment of 10 students per
class.
INTRODUCTION TO COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN
