Transfer Process

TRANSFER ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Transfer Admission Kits will be reviewed throughout the academic year as space permits. Please follow the following steps to be considered for admission to Coyle and Cassidy High School as a transfer student.

1. Student Application (.pdf)

Please print neatly or type form. Complete application completely. After completion, please mail the Student Application directly to the Coyle and Cassidy High School Admissions Office by December 19th.

2. Transcript Release Form (.pdf)

Please give this form to the guidance counselor or principal at the student’s current school, along with the signed release from the parent or guardian. This signature will enable the school to forward the student transcript to Coyle and Cassidy High School after the first marking period.

3. Student Guidance Report (.pdf)

Please give this form to the guidance counselor or principal at the student’s current school, along with the above mentioned Transcript Release Form with the appropriate signature. This will enable the school to complete this form and forward it to Coyle and Cassidy High School after the first marking period.

4. Student Letter

Prospective students should write a letter describing the reason(s) for transferring to Coyle and Cassidy High School.

5. Parent Letter

Prospective parents should write a letter describing the reason(s) for transferring your son/daughter to Coyle and Cassidy High School.
