Thank you for your interest in Coyle & Cassidy High School and Middle School. This year we are celebrating our 104th year of providing a Catholic secondary education to students from Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. With the opening of St. Mary’s High School in 1911, a tradition of excellence was born. Built on the tradition and heritage of the three schools that came before it (St. Mary’s High School, Msgr. Coyle High School and Bishop Cassidy High School), and with the joining of Taunton Catholic Middle and Coyle and Cassidy in the fall of 2014, our entity is further strengthened. Now a grade 6-12 institution, Coyle & Cassidy High School and Middle School strives to provide our students with the highest quality, values-based education possible. Though the names and buildings of “our” school have changed over the years, our central vision has not.
Students arrive at Coyle & Cassidy seeking a high-quality academic program, small average class sizes, growing and expanding extracurricular opportunities, a safe, disciplined environment, and a spirit of community and service rooted in the gospel message. They leave Coyle & Cassidy prepared for college and for life.
Founded to provide a Catholic education to all deserving students regardless of socio-economic background, Coyle & Cassidy High School and Middle School offers financial aid to qualifying families. It is our hope that no child is denied a Coyle & Cassidy education because of cost. For the current academic year, over $360,000 in financial aid was distributed to over 200 students.
